A gentle, guided companion for anyone rebuilding their life. Every page holds space for the hard days and the hopeful ones, with prompts that meet you exactly where you are.
Prompts for the days you need something bigger than yourself to hold onto, whatever that means for you.
Space to process, without judgment — the wins, the setbacks, and everything in between.
A place to write down proof of how far you've come, for the days you can't feel it yourself.
"This is a space for hope, for healing, and for you."
When I stepped into recovery at just 21, I quickly realised something: there were plenty of self-help journals out there, but none that really gave me everything I needed in one place. I often felt scattered, trying to pull together different tools, and I wanted something simple that would hold me steady.
That's why I created this journal. My hope is that it can be a calm space for you — a single place to focus, reflect, and breathe. It may not be perfect, and it may not be exactly what you need right now. But it's here to offer guidance, to help you organise your thoughts, and to remind you that you don't have to walk this bumpy, life-changing road alone.
Not a diary you stare at blankly. A structure that carries you, especially on the days you have nothing left to give it.
Jemima's own recovery story, and why this journal exists.
Daily prompts to notice the good, even on the harder days.
Space to imagine, and start rebuilding, who you're becoming.
Reflect on the qualities you want to grow in yourself.
Log the coping tools and strategies that actually work for you, so you can find them again when you need them.
A full year, month by month, to track and celebrate every day.
Keep the people and numbers you need close at hand.
A small taste of what's inside the journal. Fill it in below — it's saved right on your device, so you can come back to it any day.
This saves privately in your own browser on this device only — nothing is sent anywhere or seen by anyone else.
